Bug Test of talents
When the opponents cast the card "Test of talents" as a response to my card that would discard two of his cards, then he countered my spell and found three aother spells of the same sort. But then I was supposed to get to draw three cards. But nothing happened. I didn't get to draw three cards.

You did not have any of the exiled cards in hand, so none were exiled from your hand. Only cards exiled from your hand get you cards drawn as per Test of Talent's text.
