Ranked victory caused my status to decrease
I just won a match of standard rank and the victory screen appeared and I went from two pips on diamond 3 to 1 pip of diamond 3. So I lost progress when I should have increased!

The season ended just now. When the season ends, you get your season rewards and are downranked for the next season. This can happen while you are in a match.
