Felling Blow Bug
Felling blow, is a Green Sorcery that gives a +1/+1 counter to target creature, then deals its damage to target opponents creature. But I should be able to hold priority and then immediately cast an instant in response to increase further the target creatures power to increase amount of damage being dealt to target opponents creature. this is not happening and damage is being dealt before another increase can occur. Windows 10 computer.

To respond to your own spells and abilities, you have to go into Full Control mode. Arena passes priority after you place an object on the stack as a tournament shortcut. And like in a tournament, you have to explicitly announce, that you are keeping priority. Full Control is that.
