"Orbital" ability maybe?
"Orbital" ability would be Flying but extra to it. First strike vs double strike = Flying vs Orbital. Orbital "flying" ability can't be taken away.. can't be removed with anti air cards. Orbital can block anything.
"Land Walk" used more? Only that land walk can hit you? "Moat" took all flying away from all creatures... not Orbital. Unblockable vs Land Walk... non basic land walk? not just the 5 basic land types. Land walk creatures cost less mana with those types of lands? Land walk on one side/ flip side it turns Into a land?

and yes... First turn kill. Swamp, Painters Servant, Grindstone, Chrome Mox, 2 Dark Rituals, black card to discard for Mox. Only a Gaia's Blessing will save you... cause nothing is perfect
