Both the Mobilize trigger and Sawblade trigger at the beginning of my end step. I should be able to always order the triggers whenever those things trigger however it only works if i am able to sacrifice something before end step with another method.
IE the sacrifice effect of mobilize doesn't trigger SawBlade Skinripper by itself.
