[TMNT] Kitsune, Dragon's Daughter ability is a *MAY*
Kitsune, Dragon's Daughter ability is a MAY !!!!!!!! if so it should give the option to choose none (or submit 0) but it is not the case in MTG Arena TMNT. I had to leave the timer pass so it will choose none by default LOL

@Rezzahan RIGHT!!! thank you for answering so in detail, with the rules text also. I checked it then that it gives you the option to decline after you pickd the targets :D

The may choice is made ON RESOLUTION. Putting a may trigger on the stack is MANDATORY. All you had to do was pick targets, wait for resolution, and THEN decline. Putting the trigger on the stack is not something you can decline. You have to, and that includes all choices required to do so, like choosing targets.
603.5. Some triggered abilities’ effects are optional (they contain “may,” as in “At the beginning of
your upkeep, you may draw a card”). These abilities go on the stack when they trigger, regardless of
whether their controller intends to exercise the ability’s option or not. The choice is made when the
ability resolves. Likewise, triggered abilities that have an effect “unless” something is true or a
player chooses to do something will go on the stack normally; the “unless” part of the ability is
dealt with when the ability resolves.
