In advanced search, need to add a symbol to make it easier to find certain cards.

Ok. Well, I did a little google search, and found a method (though not very intuitive in my opinion):
search for
o:"{oe"
This will give every card that uses the energy counter symbol in its text. (Closing the bracket seems to only find cards with a single energy counter.)

You're missing the point; it's not about the cards, it's about the search method.

You cannot find those cards on Arena, because they do not exist on Arena. Kaladesh Remastered did not bring all Khaladesh cards to the platform.
