Keruga: The Macrosage not drawing enough cards
I played a Keruga, the Macrosage while I had 3 creatures in play with power 3 or greater: an Archipelagore that had been mutated a couple times, and 2x 3/3 beast tokens. I only drew 1 card off Keruga's ETB ability, while I should have drawn 3.

Power of the creatures doesn't matter. Keruga is looking at MANA VALUE 3 or greater. And your tokens had a mana value of 0, so were not counted.
