Shadow of the second sun
This is the second time this has happened to me. My shadow of the second sun enchantment is supposed to untap all of my permanents. At the end of turn it's somehow gets put into the graveyard and my permanents do not untap.

It is an "enchant player" aura. So I suspect, whatever happened during the turn before end of combat made you the player an illegal enchantee, and it was put into the graveyard for being ilegally attached.
