Focus Fire Bugged
I have tried multiple ways to cast a Focus Fire, it's bugged. I can't. I just lost a crazy game because of it... couldn't respond to a crab ETB, so they then sunderflocked me.... It is not castable at all, not even at sorcery speed. PLEASE FIX.

Has to target an attacking or blocking creature. Which can only exist during combat after attackers have been declared until the combat phase ends. And thus that's the only time the spell can be cast.
