Jeskai Revelation broken
Jeskai Revelation is clearly not a counter spell, it just returns a spell or permanent to hand so in the case of it being used on an opponent using an instant, the instant was played and should still go through then the card should return to hand rather then going to the graveyard, there is nothing to indicate the spell would fizzle or be countered.

The spell is returned to the hand from the stack. Since it is not on the stack, it cannot resolve. It's in the hand, and can be cast again.
