When using Lier, Disciple of the Drowned, the flashback ability given to all instants and sorceries in your graveyard shows on Living End but you cannot actually flashback Living End.

That's because nonexiting costs can't be paid. Since Living End has no mana cost, the flashback cost granted by Lier also doesn't exist, and thus the card cannot be flashed back.
