Couldn't Play Instant Speed Cards on Opponent's Turn
I couldn't play instant speed cards during opponent's turn. I had a Spectral Sailor in play and i actually could activate it's draw ability.
No cards in play or effects stopped cards with flash/instants to be played on the opponent's turn (i had auras, instants and creatures in my hand and none were playable).
Of course it can be a bug caused by a pet/avatar/field animation/specific card.
I consider this an important issue since it can create game losing situations, breaking win streaks on higher ranks, causing a expressive setback on ranking advancement.
