Sudden Strike Bug
Lost a game to a Skynight Squire that did 5 damage to me. I had two untapped Temple of Plenty lands and a Sudden Strike that I was going to use to destroy the Skynight Squire. There was no option to use Sudden Strike and I couldn’t declare blockers because of no flying which obviously shouldn’t matter. Make an instant work as an instant please!?!?! iOS Arena.

There are cards with the specific ability to prevent you from casting spells during your opponent's turn. Voice of Victory, Grand Abolisher, and Myrel, Shield of Argive are just a few exmples.
The rules set the default. Many cards overwrite that default.
