Eclipsed Boaggart can be paid with either black or red mana. Therefore, it should be allowed to be added to a mono red brawl deck. It is not allowing me to add Eclipsed Boaggrt to my Historic Brawl deck with Krenko, Mob Boss as the commander. Please fix. Thank you!

Eclipsed Boggart is a black and red card, so its color identity is b/r. As such it is not allowed in a Brawl deck, where the Commander's color identity does not include black and red. These are basic rules of Comander and Brawl.
A change has been announced a while ago for Commander to allow hybrid cards in such decks, but to my knowledge, it has not been done yet. If and when that change happens, I imagine Brawl will follow suit.
