Traitorous Greed
Using traitorous greed takes control of enemy creature and adds two mana but immediately ends the turn after combat, even if you have mana for an instant.

If you cast Traitorous Greed in your precombat main pahse, you have to use the mana it gives you in that precombat main phase. Because mana pools empty with every step and phase. So unless you had mana from somewhere else for your instant available, you did not have the means to cast your instant or do anything else, so the game advanced to the next turn.
