Remand is incorrectly marked as banned on Arena for Pioneer. Just need it fixed, or the list to be updated if meant to be.

Incorrect. Return to Ravnica does not have a printing of Remand.
It has printings only in:
Ravnica: City of Guilds (The original printing)
Foundations Jumpstart
Ravnica Remastered
Time Spiral Remastered
Modern Masters 2015
Duel Decks: Jace vs. Vraska
Friday Night Magic 2008 (Promos) -

Remand is part of Foundation's Jumpstart, which are NOT legal where Foundations is legal, only where their newest original printings are legal. For Remand that is Ravnica: City of Guilds, which is too old for Pioneer, thus not legal in Pioneer.
