Hello, Toxic Deluge recurrently is not able to be cast when paying life and mana for its cost. This bug has been in the game for ages, and it recurs all the time. The bug resolves the turn after I try to cast it usually even when it has been in my hand for a bit. I have no idea what is making the card unable to be cast. When nothing is on the battlefield, and the opponent has nothing that would interfere with the card, I select the amount of life I want to pay, with full life even, and I cannot pay the cost.

Nothing I do will make the spell work. The next turn after trying to do this the spell usually works. No idea what is going on here.

This is happening in my Atris Brawl deck against many different opponents. This has been realized at least on 5 different occasions, and it definitely can lose the game when it happens. The next time I see it in my hand I will get a screenshot. The game basically is acting like I can't cast the spell because I have no life or something of the sort even with full life and loads of lands and nothing on the board or acting against me from the opponent.

I have no idea what is triggering this bug. But it's very real.
