Ronin
My opponent has a Ronin, Shadow Stalker equipped with Stolen Stark Tech. I use Evil's Thrall on Ronin to gain control of Ronin for the turn. Once the spell has resolved, I gain control of Ronin and it gains haste. The bug is that Ronin's second ability is not able to be used, although I should be able to sacrifice the attached Stolen Stark Tech to give a creature -4/-4.

You only took control of the creature, not any auras or equipment attached to it. You can't sacrifice what you do not control.
