Bugged interaction / stack resolution between Speeball, New Hero and Loki Laufeyson's copied spells (e.g., Hour of Defeat)
Just had a terribly confusing interaction on the stack when copying a spell to target Speeball with Loki Laufeyson during a Marvel Super Heroes Premier Draft game. I had used a powered-up Loki to double an Hour of Defeat. The goal was to initially target Speedball with the two copies, bringing him from 2/2 to 6/6, before redirecting each at my opponents' creatures. The order of operations was:
Tap powered-up (4 power) Loki to activate his copying effect.
Cast Hour of Defeat targeting Speedball
Accept the Warning Screen.
Target my opponent's creature for the redirected spell.
Select Speedball as the target for the copy of Hour of Defeat.
Accept the Warning Screen.
??? Speeball dies?
This order of operations should have resulted in Speedball letting me redirect the copy of Hour of Defeat. Instead, this confusing resolution (I assume a bug, or otherwise a terribly unclear state of the stack) cost me the game (and ultimately the draft run) as I lost me key piece for managing my opponent's board state (Speedball).

You did not cast the copy, it was directly created on the stack. And since you did not cast it, Speedball did not trigger for it and couldn't redirect it. You did cast the original, so you did get a trigger and could redirect it.
