Naset's reversal behavior
When I cast Narset's Reversal targeting the single-mode 'Attack on Atlantis,' it prompted me to 'Choose one or two permanents,' but I couldn't select just one. Also, pressing 'Cancel' to change the selected targets canceled all copies and left me unable to do anything.

The original had two targets. Therefore the copy also has two targets. This cannot be changed as nothing on Narset's Reversal allows for that. You can change the targets, but not their number.
