patriar's humiliation doesn't prevent gods from turning off due to devotion decrease
Iroas, god of victory was hit by Patriar's humiliation while it was a creature. After combat another creature was destroyed. This reduced the devotion of red and white to below the seven threashold. Thus Iroas stopped being a creature. This is a bug as patriar's humiliation should have removed that line of text from the card.

No, this is not a bug. This is the rules applied correctly. You cannot stop effects that include a type change with ability losing effects. Because type changes are applied in layer 4, ability losing in layer 6. So type changes always happen before the abilty causing them is lost.
