The timeout functionality just allows players to annoy other players.
The timeout functionality basically reduces game enjoyment more than it helps. Gix this please

Yep. Not to mention there are Arena-specific time-out "control" decks that make it a win condition. WotC has failed to address this issue for, going-on, over a year. I stopped playing Arena after over 5k hours solely due to the lack of "gixing"player moderation on the platform.
