Vision quest incorrect outcome
My opponent cast Vision Quest for X=2. Their creature received 4 +1/+1 counters and haste. I lost as a result. They didn't have any Treasures or other ways to have additional mana.
I'm playing on Android but that shouldn't matter. Screenshot attached.

You apparently missed The Scarlet Witch on your opponent's side, which with a power of 2 gives a 2 mana discount for instants and sorceries with mana value 4 or greater. And Vision Quest with X=4 qualifies, and can be cast with that value for that reason for only 4 mana.
