What format are you building for? Because the deckbuilder only shows cards that are (or at least could be if unbanned) legal in the selected format. Loki, God of Lies, like most of the Marvel Super Heroes Commander cards is not legal in most formats,.It certainly isn't legal in Standard, for example.
