randomly choose lands when playing
Would love a switch where basic lands could use random art available rather than being locked into to the lands picked at deck construction time.
Multiple options:
* Use the lands specifically chosen for this deck
* Pick a random art for each basic type and use that consisently
* Pick a random art for every basic land.
Playing in paper, you always have variety. Would be nice to be able to set the preference in the deck builder itself.

Ok, I get that, now that I think about it it wouldn't be that hard if they essentially give us all an alchemy land with "becomes random land style at start of game". I suppose I would play that in alchemy especially if you're using those decks that conjure random cards with mana value x to play a really random game.

Roger, I understand I can manually pick a fixed set of different art.
I don't need that, that's a pain and has to be duplicated manually across decks. I want to add, say, 12 plains, but have them be random art while playing.

Just want to make sure you know you can have all different land styles in a deck. Someone on reddit recently didn't realize you could.
I'm pretty happy with the system so far, because I tend to pick lands that fit the theme. For example my green/black elf deck uses darker coloured forests, while a green/blue elf deck I would choose the ones that feature water more.
As far as I'm aware this is what you would get in paper, though the random idea is fun, for me it would only add 5-10 more land styles than what's already in there.
