Phyrexian dragon engine and fleem goben’s creation should work together?
Dragon engine says (when this creature enters from the graveyard discard your hand and draw three). fleem gives every card discarded this turn mayhem, and reduces the cost of cards cast from graveyard, so if I have a fleem and discard a dragon engine then cast the three mana side for one mana with mayhem from my graveyard it should do its trigger. Please fix this interaction it doesn’t work on arena

When you cast a card it goes to the STACK. So if you cast Phyrexian Dragon Engine from the graveyard for a mayhem cost, it does not go from the graveyard to the battlefield, so it does not trigger. The Dragon Engine's unearth ability works for the trigger, because that ability puts it directly onto the battlefield.
