Tablet of discovery + Leyline of the Void
Rules interaction issue.
Opponent had leyline of the void in play.
I played a tablet of discovery.
Accumulate Wisdom was milled.
The game didn't exile the milled card and I was allowed to play it instead.
The milled card should get exiled. I'm not sure you should still be able to "play that card this turn," because when it is exiled, it switches zones again.

You interpret too many zone changes into this. There is only one zone change here, when milling a card. Tablet mills, and the Leyline replaces the card going to the graveyard with going to exile. The one zone change is library -> exile. But the card was still milled. And since the player has permission to cast the milled card, they can cast it from the first zone it was milled to. Which is exile.
