Anjani pride of nactal and Leyline of the void
My Anjani pride of nactals triggered ability didn't trigger with opponent having Leyline of the void.. but rules text says it still counts as dying when a cat dies but does not go to the graveyard! I did sacrifice skittering kitten while Anjani pride of nactals was out and as I said it didn't trigger Anjani!

Rezzahan#77802 is correct. Would've worked with a token, sounds like it is working as intended with actual creatures.
Also, never get rules information from any AI. They don't know what they're doing. Stick to actual CR pages or judges

Then you are misinformed. If a replacement replaces the event of going to the graveyard then the creature doesn't die. However, TOKENS are not affected by Leyline of the Void, only cards. In short, you cat did not die, because it was a card and went to exile instead of the graveyard.
700.4. The term dies means “is put into a graveyard from the battlefield.”
