parallax wave + containment priest vs command zone
opponent's cmd is under pwave. i have containment priest on board. i let pwave go. but opponent was able to move his commander to command zone. this shouldn't happen since the commander doesn't move to another zone.

400.8. If an object in the exile zone is exiled, it doesn’t change zones, but it becomes a new object that
has just been exiled.And due to this, the commander can be moved to the command zone.
