Spider-Sense instant does not work
Instant does not work with planeswalker, it does not let me counter the ability of the planeswalker when I have an instant spell to counter abilities.

A planeswalker's loyalty abilities are activated abilities. As Spider Sense can only target and counter instants, sorceries and triggered abilities, of course you can't use it against loylaty abilities. Activated abilities are not triggered abilities and vice versa.
