Dominion Bracelet
I have a dominion bracelet equipped to a creature with 4 power. I can create 11 mana but it will not let me activate the bracelet. When I press on it it only gives the option to equip, even after I tap all my lands to produce the mana (uthros producing for each artifact).

You have to click on the equipped creature, because the creature is granted the ability, it is not an activated ability of the Bracelet. That's the reason the creature is highlighted in the screenshot. Because you can use ITS ability.

My deck does not work if I cannot activate the equipment… I have wasted wild cards and lost games.
