Error Updating Data, still occuring, Hobbit Update

im still experiencing problems with Arena updating its files. It downloads a certain amount of MB, then says "Error Updating Data", i retry and the donwloaded amount does NOT contribute to any progress. (eg. its says 50 MB of 150 MB, gives the error and after retry it still says 150MB instead of 100MB). Here a link to my post from last week:
I reinstalled Arena in July, since then i have this issue (probably with the MSH-Update, i was able to download after a week).
Now, after the Hobbit Update (10.08.26) i was not able to update the game successfully. I couldnt use Arena, other then to sit here and hope it downloads more then 20Mb for the last 3 (three) weeks. An after the last update (25.08.26), im probably not going to play the game for the next 3 weeks, since the download does not progress. Its frustrating and annoying.
Im on Win11, playing through the Arena Launcher (Steam has the same problem).
Before July, i never had this issue. I did not change anything on my setup or my internet provider. There is nothing on my end i can do to mittigate this. Other programmes updating works without problems. According to the logs (im not a programmer), its Arena that just cancels the downloads.
Is there a way to get a full manual download of Arena somewhere, without going through updating through Arena itself? Or atleast give me a message if you not intend to fix this, so i can move on.

Dont know, if someone from the Arena team sees this or not:
One thing i noticed is, that if i try to reinstall the game, the download works. for an hour or so.
Yesterday i tried reinstalling and it actually loaded a fair chunk, up to 300Mb in one go and i could load 1,5Gb without problems despite having to pressing the retry button sometimes.But after an hour it was back at loading 22mb~30mb and no progress. There was no quality change with my internet connection. Im not a programmer, but for me this feels like there are some hick ups with how the downloads are organized that leads to these time-out/cancel download behaviour.
