Ozai, the phoenix king abilities are not activated
When attacking Ozai is supposed to gain flying and indestructible if six or more mana are unused. This isn’t happening in the game screen shot provided and is the second time this is happened

Your screenshot shows you with only 5 mana in your mana pool. Untapped lands do not count for Ozai, mana in your pool does.
