Error with planeswalker loyalty counters on Sarkhan Unbroken
Playing brawl on MTG Arena. I played the planeswalker card Sarkhan Unbroken. He starts with 4 loyalty counters. I selected the first option: “+1: Draw a card, then add one mana of any color.” After this, he should’ve had 5 loyalty counters, but instead he had lost two so his total was 2. It acted like I’d selected the second option for -2: create a 4/4 dragon token, but it performed the one I selected & I drew a card & selected a color for mana.

Your opponent's hand shows a Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider. Was that on the field when Sarkhan entered? And when you activated the ability? If so, he entered with only half the usual loyalty counters due to Vorinclex's abiliy. And adding one loylaty counter would be reduced to adding zero loyalty younters for the same reason.
