Can't prevent damage
Every single time i cast any card that prevents damage, it doesn't. I've lost like 5 games because of this. The steps to reproduce it involve using cards like comeuppance (didn't prevent damage and didn't deal damage back) or arachnogenis (yes every single one of my blockers were spiders).

Do you by chance play in your deck and have at those times a Franzied Baloth on the field? If so, read its last ability.
Your opponents may also be playing that card.
