Possible bug with Luxior, Giada's Gift
My opponent had a Jace, the Perfected Mind equipped with Luxior, Giada's Gift and I cast a Farewell with modes to exile all creatures and all artifacts. This did not result in Jace getting exiled, but instead turning back into a planeswalker. Is this intended? I thought that both modes of Farewell happen simultaneously.

The modes of a modal spell or ability happen in the order they are listed. They are not simultaneous. And because artifacts get exiled first, Jace is not a creature by the time the second mode is executed, so he dodges the exile.
Even with modal spells and abilities, that allow the same mode to be chosen multiple times, those modes are executed in sequence.
