Kaito Ninjutsu does not respect High Noon
If you play High Noon, the opponent can both ninjutsu Kaito in and play a removal spell in the same turn. It just happened to me two turns in a row.

Ninjutsu is an activated ability, not a spell. Don't confuse it with sneak, which does cast the card as a spell.
