Chandra Passive not working
Chandra, Fire arsitsan says: "Whenever one or more loyalty counters are removed from Chandra she deals that much damage to target opponent or planeswalker, it does not seem to work in Brawl with my commander "Chandra Awakened Inferno".
If i do my c ommanders -3 for example to deal 3 damage to each non emelental creature it does not trigger the other chandra

A card referencing itself by name only means itself, not others with the same or a similar name. Legendaries and planeswalkers often use a shorthand for their name instead of the whole name every time. But they still only mean themselves.
201.5c Text printed on some cards refers to that card by a shortened version of its name. Instances
of a card’s shortened name used in this manner are treated as though they used the card’s full
name.
