Indestructible Ooze creature killed by blocker
Attacked with Ooze creature, which added +1/+1 but when it was blocked with a dragon it was destroyed and put into the graveyard.

Spinerock Tyrant has wither. This means, that it deal damage to creatures in the form of -1/-1 counters. Your Ooze died for having 0 or less toughness, it was not destroyed. Being indestructible simply cannot save it from having no toughness.
