Hall of Echoes
Hall of Echos cannot pay 5 to copy my creature on opponent's turn.
Don't see any speed or turn restriction on card, and full control mode did not allow me to pay 5 on opponents turn.

And what about other cards imposing such restrictions? Like Yukiko, Blade of the Mighty?
