Conspiracy Unraveler Bug
Conspiracy Unraveler can´t cast cards with flashback from the graveyard. I have spoken to a judge and you should most definately be able to so, since the oracle text is missing the "from your hand" line featured on Omniscience.

Collecting evidence 10 rather than paying the mana cost is an alternative cost. So is flashback. You can only apply one alternative cost to a spell you cast. If you want to use flashback, you cannot also apply the Unraveler's collect evidence, and vice versa.
