Spent a orb to get Lyra, Archangel of Dawn but got no Lyra and 1 orb less. Had 4 orbs, now I have 3 and no Lyra. Second time this happens, first time was when paid coins in a daily deal for The Rollercrusher Ride and got none. Paid 4 times to get 3 The Rollercrusher Ride.

Check what you are buying before you commit. Because the daily deals, while for a few weeks now offer cards AND styles, before that they offered ONLY card styles. Just like orbs do and always did. There are several markers for card styles offers, the most obvious being that blue triangle in the lower left corner of the image telling you so. The enlarged image tooltip also spells it out again. If it is a card on offer, there will be a yellow triangle telling you this offer is for a "single card".
So, nothing wrong, you did purchase card styles and got those. You do not get the card with the card style. You can use the style if you have the card.
