Monument of Endurance does not trigger Command the Stage
I had two Command the Stage cards in my graveyard that were put there by Tersa Lightshatter. This triggered Monument of Endurance twice and I selected draw a card, and each opponent loses 3 life. During opponent's next upkeep, Command the Stage did not return to hand from graveyard. It did not trigger as non-combat damage from the previous turn.

The Monument doesn't deal damage, it causes loss of life. The two are not the same. Damage to a player usually CAUSES loss of life, but life can be lost directly, too, without damage being involved. The Monument is one such example. EVERYTHING that says a player loses life DOES NOT deal damage to do so.
