Zoetic Glyph still triggered after resolving Ultima
My opponent had a treasure token animated with zoetic glyph then I resolved Ultima. Zoetic Glyph still triggered and my opponent was able to use discover 3. I checked the battlefield and graveyard but there was nothing in effect to prevent ultima from ending the turn.

Ultima did end the turn. However, due to Zoetic Glyph being an aura, it was not put into the graveyard before Ultima ended the turn. So it did not trigger yet. When Ultima ended the turn, the game, in order,
1) removed all waiting triggers from existence,
2) exiled everything on the stack
3) checked state based actions (this is where the Aura hits the graveyard and triggers)
4) ended the current step/phase and skipped straight to the cleanup step.
5) if any triggers are waiting existed (there were in this scenario), they were put on the stack, then players got a round of priority
6) since the turn did not end yet due to 5), another cleanup step began.Refer to rule 724.1 for details.
