Break Under Pressure not working
Attempted to force my opponent to sacrifice their creature with Break Under Pressure. However, the opponent was able to select a TOKEN instead of the two mana creature they had on board.
Had a similar issue last night, now this maybe a wording issue on my side. Opponent had out Anti-Venom and Elspeth, 5 mana 1/1 token maker. Played Break Under Pressure and opponent sacrificed a 4 mana card and not a 5 mana card.

From your screenshot, that token was an offspring of Coruscation Mage. Offspring tokens are copies of the cards that produce them, including mana clost, and thus mana value. So the token did have a mana value of 2, and sacrificing it satisfied your spell.
As for the other scenario, there's not enough infomation to speculate on wether or not that was a bug, or you missed something.
