The game did not give me priority to cast annul when my opponent cast an artifact. I did have one blue open, so that was not the problem.

Is this a problem with the code? If an opponent cast an artifact, I would expect the game to give me a chance to cast annul.

If you are not forbidden from casting it. Like with a Voice of Victory on the opponent's side, or any of the many other cards with pretty much the same effect.
