Kaito, Bane of Nightmares planeswalker is not affected by Sanctum Lurker and Way of Pyromancer effects
I am playing a lot with planeswalkers decks on Arena and whenever I have Kaito, Bane of Nightmares planeswalker on the board and Sanctum Lurker or Way of the Pyromancer - Kaito does not have these extra loyalty abilities (+2 from Sanctum Lurker or +1 from Way of the Pyromancer).
I am attaching a screenshot, although it is not very visible that I have Sanctum Lurker on it (but the Way of the Pyromancer is visible)

On your turn Kaito's ability makes him a Ninja creature, overwriting the planeswalker card type and Kaito subtype. Since he's not a planeswalker, neither Sanctum Lurker nor any of the Ways enchantments even see him.
Santum Lurker will keep him around at 0 loyalty, though, since Kaito's ability is shut off when he has no loyalty counters.
