How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Error on french basic lands: no uppercase letter

    There is an issue with the french translation of the game. Every land of the game don't have the first letter capitalized.
    For example, we have "plaine" instead of "Plaine" or "marais" instead of "Marais"
    It's really tilting for cards that we use all the time.. i mean, they are basic lands, every french player can see it.
    There's also this issue for some creature, but it's much rarer. for example "Nightmare" is called "cauchemar" (which is not the original translation btw, the real card was called "Cheval de cauchemar", but that's not important too). I just wish for the…

    Very minor bug, but the Jumpstart version of Terramorphic Expanse does not have the updated oracle text (the ONE version does)

  7. "Emry, Lurker of the Loch" card text bug in french

    The card in French display some program code on arena.
    I've underline the code on the screenshot i send you.

    ps: this bug appears on all version of the card; look at the second joined image.

  8. Gladiator Spotlight Typo English

    The third paragraph of the event descriptor reads:
    "Gladiator uses 100-card singleton Historic decks with a minimal banned list. You then face off in best-of-three matches, giving you the chance to see a wide range of possibilities from both players' decks. there are no sideboards, so what you bring is what you've got!"
    The "Midweek Magic: Gladiator Community Spotlight" is a best-of-one event.

  9. Unlocalized text in Oko, Thief of Crowns info panel

    Description:
    There’s a text string in Oko’s info panel that says “LOCME: HistoricBrawlWithAllowList_20240604

    Platform:
    iOS

    Repro Steps:
    1. Launch the title on iOS
    2. Search for Oko, Thief of Crowns
    3. Read the info panel to the right of the card

    Expected:
    Info panel displays correct text

    Actual:
    Info panel displays unlocalized text

    hello. writing in english because japanese doesn't seem to get reply... this card text is wrong. there are many that are wrong in japanese. I have lost games and entire drafts because the cards do not do what they say.

    The errata in the Japanese version of Squee, Doubtful Monarch's text reads "~ and exiling four other cards from graveyard ~.", which is the correct text: "~ and exiling four other cards from your graveyard ~."

    Mistranslation (Perilous Iteration) to Japanese

    From the English version to the Japanese version with "turn's" missing in the translation.

    Please fix this as soon as possible, as it is misleading in its effectiveness.

  20. cosmos elixir

    In French, there exists 2 versions of "Cosmos Elixir", only one in English.

    But in game, even when the 1st Version is played on battefield (1 life + scry 1) it's the second version that is applied (2 life).
