How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Join Draft - Waiting for the server

    Since 5 days (since update) I'm unable to join a draft. Everytime it hangs up with "waiting for the server".

    I play on PC (Windows 10 home).

    While using this card in Arena, it doesn't tell you which trigger links to which creature. So you need to guess if you want to use it on some creatures but not all. Please incorporate arrows or name tags to the triggers please.

  3. Not receiving any XP

    I am not receiving any xp from daily or weekly win rewards. See log. I missed a large amount of xp, I expect around 2500 in total. I play on Windows PC client.

  4. Endless activation of exhaust abilities on the opponent's turn

    I had creatures with exhaust abilities in play, and on each of my opponent's turns I was able to activate them endlessly as long as I had mana to pay for them.

    Platform: PC

    I assume this ability triggered by Elvish Refueler that basically works like: "on your turn as long as you not activated an exhaust ability exhaust abilities may be activated like if they wasn't activated before", so basically if you haven't activated an exhaust ability on your turn with Elvish Refueler in play, your opponent can activate their exhaust abilities as many times as they want as…

  5. Draw-Unwarranted

    I was given a Draw today, when I never saw a timeout. I was doubling the attack power of my creatures, until I was certain I had lethal damage. Opponent was tapped out mana wise, and had no fliers. When I spent all my mana, and had a well large enough flier, I clicked attack, and was given the "Draw" message.

    This was NOT a draw. I'm not certain what caused this, but including the log and screenshots. This didn't take a long time to generate either.

  8. lost a draft game that i never played (cancel bug)

    Lost a premier draft game that i never played. i clicked cancel to edit my deck when queuing and it matched me into a game without me being able to play. when i clicked play it put me into a new game with a different opponent (my account still lost the other one) and so i lost the draft after winning my game. if there was a way to refund the loss with a quickdraft token at least that would be cool

  9. 70% of the cards in standard need to be banned and WotC needs to reform its design practices

    MTG standard was better 25 years ago when every other creature didn't have all these overpowered abilities and there was a lot less overpowered combo. Combo tended to be accidental as well and discovered by players. MTG used to be more fun. Now whenever I run into any of these tier 1 decks, the game becomes unfun because they're all gamebreaking combo decks.

    Gruul Aggro? It's combo with cards designed to run that way. It's practically a WotC designed deck at this point. All the cards the deck what it is should be banned. This deck is also an example…

  10. Founding of the Third Path & Requisition Raid doesn't interact

    The first stage of Founding the Third Path does not enable Requisition Raid. I suspect the third stage probably doesn't either.

  11. The daily challenges are getting boring

    Can there be some that require you to use different mechanics or play games in certain game modes for 750 to 1000 gold? It just takes way too long to grind packs and get new cards and the daily challenges are getting really old

  12. Ban Abuelo's awakening in all formats

    It's a combo piece with omniscience. Combos ruin the game for the other player so it should be banned as all combo pieces should be.

  13. Running out the clock

    People should not be allowed to run out the clock repeatedly without consequence. A lot of unsportsmanlike players keep sitting idle and letting the timer run out when I'm about to win thus forcing me to sit there and wait. We shouldn't be punished by them for winning the game. It ruins gameplay for everyone else. I get that the clock was created so they could not force us to sit there indefinitely waiting to make a choice but when a player sits there intentionally doing nothing forcing me to sit there waiting too. I know I'm not the only…

  14. Please do more to stop "roping"

    I am constantly facing opponents who "rope" to try to force a concession. Sometimes it happens multiple times a day. I cannot count the number of times it has happened. If a player is losing and they leave the game to try to get me to concede, it is rude, immature and pathetic. The problem is, this behavior is incentivized. If I don't feel like waiting around until they are forced to concede, but rather concede myself, then that player wins that game and potentially gets win rewards.   15. 8000 gems worth of Mastery Pass rewards not received.

    I just purchased a large amount of exp towards completing the Duskmourn Mastery Pass but only received the top bar of rewards. I spent around $50 on the gems to purchase those levels and did not received the rewards, this is a serious issue!

  16. Red Aggro Decks

    PLEASE do something against these red aggro decks. It's getting worse and worse. It's really not funny losing every second game in turn two. Theres is absolutely nothing you can do against those decks if you are not the player chosen to take the first turn. Ban those stupid cards from the game. I really start thinking about quitting to play the game.

  17. VERY URGENT CONNECTION ISSUE

    The same problem as always. The match suddenly crashes WITHOUT ANY REASON, because I have a 5G connection and I haven't any problem with ALL other apps. This time "Waiting for the server" is currently lasting for a very long time and the app seems not capable of reestablishing connection. PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEM! Do you hear us? Do you care about the game problems?

  19. The game still needs a report system and bans for players who go afk and run the timer just because they're losing.

  20. Venerated Rotpriest needs to be banned from standard and alchemy

    A one mana cost creature should not have an ability that gives the other player a poison counter if it is targeted.
